Is your food safe?

Only about half of the 10,000 food additives approved by government have been tested for safety. Americans are growing increasingly concerned about what they are feeding their families, and demanding change. To tackle this problem, EDF has launched a new initiative: Behind the Label: A Blueprint for Safer Food Additives. Hear about how we aim to move major companies to adopt forward-thinking, systemic approaches to moving hazardous chemicals out of food.
