# Gas Industry Lawsuits Undermine Americans&#039; Right To Know About Dangerous Pollution

I find it ironic that [the industry](http://www.aga.org/Newsroom/factsheets/Documents/Facts%20About%20Natural%20Gas%20(JAN%202011).pdf) that [touts itself as the “low-carbon” fossil fuel](http://www.chk.com/NaturalGas/Pages/Basics.aspx) is fighting efforts to require disclosure of its global warming pollution.
