This decision-point will determine how much money we must dedicate to support developing countries in taking climate action, and how that money will reach the countries and communities that need it most. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>Updated Climate Plans in 2025: <\/strong>That crucial conversation on climate finance will lead countries into a \u2018moment of truth\u2019 in 2025. Every country is responsible for updating their national climate action plans (called Nationally Determined Contributions, or NDCs) with more ambitious climate commitments, which will need to be enabled by high-quality climate finance. EDF is focused not only on how much money we can gather, but how to boost the quality of climate finance and ensure it is accessible to developing countries and impacted communities who need it most.
