On the *Council on Foreign Relations*, Michael Levi [defends carbon capture and sequestration](http://blogs.cfr.org/levi/2010/05/14/in-defense-of-ccs/)(CCS) in response to [Robert Bryce’s op-ed](http://www.nytimes.com/2010/05/13/opinion/13bryce.html) in the *New York Times*  where Bryce expressed his skepticism of CCS as a viable option for emissions reductions.

*Green* [compares the House and Senate climate bills](http://green.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/05/14/the-climate-bills-side-by-side/) and concludes that the tighter carbon price collar in the Senate bill (a range of $13 in the Senate bill versus $18 in the House bill) is better for investors.

*Grist* shares some strategies on how to [support international climate action](http://www.grist.org/article/2010-05-14-american-power-act-obama-bill-international-action/). They remind us that
