			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wegmans Food Markets, one of the country’s most innovative food retailers, and Environmental Defense, a leading national environmental advocacy organization, has unveiled a first-of-its-kind purchasing policy for farmed shrimp.</p>
<p>The policy, which includes comprehensive and rigorous health and environmental standards, enables retailers and producers to address health and environmental concerns in a measurable and significant way.  The policy will set a new bar for the seafood industry and U.S. retailers.</p>
