		<description>I can not figure out how job opportunities will be created when lots of American businesses are investing their profits in China.  Take GE for example.  General Electric&#039;s current efforts to construct jet engines for China will lead to them giving over their blueprints for their engines.  Another business, Yum Brands, is collecting over 60% of their income from outside the USA.  Until trade policies change, more job losses is likely.</description>
