When will EDF register to the ever-expanding never-ending messes of organic wastes and sewage that are getting out of hand to be polluting drinking water? EPA has a conference this month about risks of drugs in drinking water. What about toxics as my local water district has recently warned that triclosan, a much used anti-bacterial in soap and toothpaste, is going through sewage operations to be damaging microflora and fauna below outlets from sewage plants. I have in previous postings commented about using pyrolysis and urge EDF to expand its program beyond GHG emissions as the pyrolysis of those messes will generate charcoal removing some carbon from ever getting reemitted.
