		<description>The unfortunate reality is that, like the Lieberman-Warner bill from the last session, the Waxman-Markey bill will cost Americans billions -- if not trillions -- of dollars to fix something serious scientists DO NOT AGREE is broken and DO NOT AGREE we can affect in any meaningful way, whether it&#039;s broken or not. In any event, this is not something we can afford at this time, no matter how well-intentioned.</description>
