		<description>Are you aware that C02 levels are far from historic highs?  How can countries reduce their output of C02 without reducing their standard of living to that of third world countries?  How can third world countries reduce it at all?

Viable alternatives would be the construction of new nuclear power plants with zero carbon emissions.  Then use the power for homes and factories as well as to split hydrogen out of seawater and use the fuel for cars and trucks.  Simple and reasonable.  Whats the problem with that?  

Trading carbon &quot;credits&quot; is nothing but a scam, it can&#039;t and won&#039;t work.</description>
